Tianjin Zhongshun Petroleum Steel Pipe Co. Ltd is a specialized manufacturer of petroleum steel pipe, founded in 1995. The company covers an area of 300000 square meters, has invested USD 37 million in total and employed 450 workers. We can produce 600000 tons of welded steel pipes per year.
The company now has 3 longitudinally H.F. welded pipe mills, 6 spirally double-side submerged arc welded pipe mills, and 2 ant-corrosion pipe mills. We can produce longitudinally welded steel pipe with diameter range from 21.3mm to 457.2mm and wall thickness range from 1.8mm to 14.27mm; spirally double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipe with diameter range from 219mm to 3040mm and wall thickness range from 5.0 to 30mm; in the meanwhile, we can do all kinds of anti-corrosion pipes, such as: FBE, 2PE, 3PE, 2PP, 3PP, epoxy coal asphalt, internal and external epoxy coating, cement mortar lining, etc.
The company can produce various sizes of longitudinally and spirally welded steel pipes according to the following standards such as API, ASTM, EN, JIS, BS, and etc. Steel Grade: GR.A, GR.B, X42-X100, H40, J55, S195T, S355J2H, ST33, ST42, STK400, STK500, Q215, Q235, Q345, and etc.
The company pays great attention to product quality and it has a complete set of updated devices for testing and inspection. We have a strictly specified quality assurance system and have got ISO9001-2008 International Quality Management System certificate, API 5L certificate and API 5 CT certificate issued by American Petroleum Institute and CE certificate issued by EU. We have passed GB/T9177.2 certificate in domestic.
