8011 aluminum foil belongs to the 8000 series aluminum alloy foil. It is an aluminum-iron-silicon alloy foil produced by precisely adding alloying elements such as iron (Fe) and silicon (Si) to pure aluminum.
Unlike pure aluminum foils such as 1100 and 1235, 8011 aluminum foil achieves comprehensive improvements in mechanical strength, pinhole control, surface printability, moisture resistance, and barrier performance through alloy design.
8011 aluminum foil can be processed in a thickness range of 0.006 mm to 0.2 mm, and the width can be flexibly customized from 100 mm to 1700 mm according to customer requirements. Common supply tempers include O temper (soft annealed), H18 (hard), H22, H24 (semi-hard), etc., which can meet different processing requirements such as lamination, heat sealing, stamping, and printing.
