FINISHING CHEMICALS FOR STAINLESS STEEL-- FX is a pickling & passivation product for stainless steel and low alloy steel produced with the support of German Technology. A unique product for fume less pickling & Passivation on Stainless Steel. 1. FX Gel is used to clean weld seams and surrounding areas with brush & it is used to remove heavy scales, discoloration, annealing colors, rust particles near welding affected areas by heat. 2.. FX Spray is used for large surface areas with plastic spray pump or pressurized spray bottle to remove annealing colors, ferrite contamination & weld burns. 3. FX 150 (Soak Cleaner) is a de-greasing compound for removal of oil, grease & mild rust scales. 4. FX Dip (Liquid Foam) is used for immersion (Dipping) application & non-reachable areas. 5. FX Passivation should be used after the application of FX Gel, FX Spray or FX Dip as it is a must to passivate S.S. surface after pickling. FX Passivation products helps in the formation of a thin passive film on stainless Steel surface which will protect it from further corrosion and contamination. Features of FX :- a. Removes built in corrosion. b. Removes scales, discolorations, ferrite contaminations and burns spots. c. Stops corrosion and restores full corrosion resistance. d. Removes metallic contaminants, oxide scales, rust spots and annealing colors. e. Gives a flawless, uniform, smooth & contamination free, sterlite, particle free passive surface. f. Mill finish retained.
