We have a Business relationship with a Copper Mine in Zambia and it has obtained a Quotation from a Smelter for Processing the Copper Ore into Copper Blisters.

The Buyer needs to visit the mine in Zambia and meet the Mine Owner regarding the copper ore and will also be taken to the Smelter for the processing of the Blister.

The yield is 30% Blisters to the Quantity of the Ore processed. Should we do (e.g) 20, 000mt 17% Ore we will have 6,000MT Blisters.

So if for example the purchases of Copper Ore at 17% ( as per the price list) = $ 419
In terms of cost for blister processing = $500 X 100T = $50 000/30T = $ 1667 for 1 ton of blisters. This excludes transport Cost and Cost of Ore.
Total cost of blisters( excluding transport) = $ 1667 + $419 = $ 2086 excluding transport and logistics cost.
Copper Blisters contain Cu 90 to 93%.

Transport Costs are as follows,
The Trucks are hired on Daily Basis and the cost is $500/day. The Product is delivered by the Trucks to a City called Ndola from where it loaded into Railway Wagons to Dar es Salaam Port, Tanzania. The Cost of Railway is between $150 to $180/MT.

The current price of Blisters is $5200/MT FOB.
If you think your Buyer can do this Business which is by far better than that of Copper cathodes, please let me know. There are no pre-conditions to visit the Mines/Miner.
