antle their railroad lines of 2,000 Kilo Meter in total. We start with this project in December 2014 and the duration from the project is 3 years, we can start delivering first lot from December 2014/ January 2015 onwards for 3 years. We are the owner of the goods and we are the end seller of the goods.

From this project we are selling the following:

- 11.000 MT Used Rails R50-65 x 36 per months (400,000 MT in 3 years in total)
o The buyer can decide the length of the rails and the buyer can buy EXW Serbia or FOB or CFR or DDP
o The Used Rails will be transported in 20 feet containers or buyers choice
o The approx. price for the Used Rails is CFR EUR …. all are Negotiable
o The payment must be done by TT wire transfer within 3 banking days against freight documents
o Bank Guarantee must be given in the value of the delivery for three months as collateral for one year

- 10.000 MT Copper Scrap, Granule A1 quality, per month we sell approx. 260 MT – 280 MT x 36 months
o Price is LME minus 5%
o Payment is the same like the Used Rails

- Steel Scrap: Iron parts from the demolition of the railroad line like screws, bolts, nuts, washers, iron plates, masts
o per month we sell approx. 1.000 MT – 2.000 MT x 36 months
o Price is per MT CFR EUR …. Negotiable, other Incoterms can be discussed and we can do it like buyers choice
o Payment is the same like the Used Rails
